Southern Gospel radio promotion

Let’s talk about your Southern Gospel release.

I work with Southern Gospel soloists, trios, quartets, and church groups, including established artists with finished press materials. Send me a song and tell me what you hope to do with it.

THE MUSIC COMES FIRST

Southern Gospel has its own sound, audience, and stations.

A moving harmony, a clear lyric, and a strong performance can connect with listeners. Radio promotion begins by understanding where a song belongs.

We work with Southern Gospel singers, trios, quartets, gospel groups, and church music ministries releasing original music. That includes traditional harmonies and newer sounds, independent artists and established acts. Whether you have one new single or a completed album, we start by hearing the music and learning what you hope to do with it.

OUR APPROACH

How we work with your release.

We listen first and explain the work and budget before a campaign begins.

01

Send us your finished music.

Tell Eric about your release and your goals. We listen to the finished music and talk through the audience you hope to reach.

02

Plan the right outreach.

We consider which Southern Gospel stations and programs fit the sound and message, then plan the outreach around the release.

03

Share the release well.

When we agree on a campaign, we prepare the music and story for radio teams, pitch suitable outlets, and follow up. Publicity materials can help listeners and writers discover the release too.

WHEN A SONG IS READY

Radio and publicity for your release.

Southern Gospel radio is competitive. We research stations and programs that fit the song, prepare a clear presentation, reach out, follow up, and report on the campaign. We can plan wider radio outreach for a larger release while keeping the conversation with your team personal.

Already have a professional EPK, photos, biography, and press materials? Bring them. We can work with what you have and focus on radio promotion and publicity. If something is missing, we can help prepare it. We will explain the proposed work and its cost before a campaign begins. No one can promise airplay.

A PERSONAL POINT OF CONTACT

You can talk with Eric directly.

I’m Eric Abbott, founder of Kingdom Chorus. I want to hear the songs you have finished, understand the audience you hope to reach, and give you an honest view of the opportunities in front of you.

When we work together, you have someone to talk through the next decision with, whether that means refining the release plan, preparing a station pitch, or making sure the story behind the song is told clearly.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you reach out

Do you work with soloists, trios, and quartets?

Yes. We work with traditional and contemporary Southern Gospel singers, trios, quartets, gospel groups, and church music ministries. We look at the music and its potential fit, not the size of your group.

Do you work with established artists and large audiences?

Yes. Kingdom Chorus is for established Southern Gospel artists as well as emerging ones. A large streaming audience, even more than a million monthly listeners, does not rule you out. Talk with Eric about your release, radio goals, and the team you already have.

What if I already have an EPK and professional press assets?

That is welcome. We can use your existing EPK, photos, biography, and release materials. You can still work with Kingdom Chorus for radio research, outreach, follow-up, campaign reporting, and publicity. We only suggest new materials when they would help the release.

Do I need a full album?

No. You can contact us about a finished single or a larger release. We will talk through timing and the kind of promotion that fits.

Can a radio campaign guarantee airplay?

No. Station programmers make their own decisions about what to play. We can research, pitch, and follow up professionally, but we cannot promise an add.

What should I send Eric?

Introduce yourself, share links to your finished songs, and tell us about the release you are planning. A Spotify link is helpful if you have one, but it is optional.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Tell us about the songs you are ready to share.

We will listen, learn what you are working toward, and talk honestly about whether Kingdom Chorus is a fit.
